Speaking as a charity, we need to cover serious and sometimes uncomfortable topics. But we also aim to focus on positive, hopeful stories that show the impact that their work - and the work of similar charities - has had on peoples' lives. The aim is to prompt discussion among supporters, have conversations, answer questions and provide information.
