The Exmouth is a popular, busy pub and restaurant in Cheltenham, UK.
The owners of The Exmouth asked us to give their old website a complete overhaul with refreshed branding and content.
The focus of our new WordPress site was the beautiful professional photography, showcasing the pub's ambience and food while providing practical information on menus and opening times.
After the 2020 lockdowns lifted and the pub was able to re-open, we altered the focus of the website and incorporated OpenTable functionality, enabling customers to book online. This way the owners could manage customer numbers to maintain social distancing, and record customer contact details for potential track and trace.
We also designed new templates for email campaigns, used successfully by the pub's owners to keep customers up to date and promote events and special offers.
